exactly an international cooperation project really is? Here is an example of a
Canadian institution, Bois-de-Boulogne College, working with an Asian partner,
the PPRC (in Pursat, Cambodia).
The goal of the project is to improve the development of human resources in
the Pursat community, and in order to help this 3rd
world organisation, a lot of work needs to be done.
